After T.O.P is obtained and the development is vested with HDB, QingJian Realty Pte Ltd will give you notice through your appointed lawyer that the T.O.P of the Property has been issued and to take vacant possession of the Property (‘Notice’)Note: Only applicants who are deemed eligible after the ‘Further Particulars Form’ exercise will receive the Notice from Qingjian Realty Pte Ltd.
We wish to highlight that you will receive the ‘Notice’ from your appointed lawyer approximately 1 to 3 weeks after the T.O.P date.
Together with the Notice, you will receive a letter stating the pre-scheduled date and time for collection of keys. The pre-scheduled date is anticipated to be 1 to 2 months after obtaining T.O.P . The pre-scheduled date and time is between Monday-Friday and 9am to 5pm only.
If you are unable to turn up for the key collection, you may authorise someone to collect on your behalf. You may obtain a copy of Authorisation Form from Qingjian Realty Pte Ltd when necessary.
Please note that you are required to make payment of 25% of the Purchase Price and Survey Fees before you can proceed with collection of keys.
