Amidst the gloomy economy and global health scare, finally, here’s some news to lift downcast spirits.
As a first time property developer in Singapore, Chinese company Qingjian Realty has managed to achieve many firsts with its much touted DBSS project, Natura Loft.
Consisting of three towering blocks of 40 storeys, Natura Loft is located at Bishan Street 24. Amidst reputed schools such as Catholic High and Raffles Junior College; amenities such as malls and MRT; and proximity to the city, this development was a fast seller. Much credit must also go to its developer’s promotional strategy, which includes being the first company to conduct a ‘Free cars’ lucky draw for an HDB development.
The lucky draw was an attempt to stimulate sales and as results have shown, it worked, with 40 units sold on the closing date itself. Since its launch in January this year, most of the 480 units at Natura Loft have been sold. Quite a significant feat considering that each unit starts from $465,000 to $739,000 and at a time when people are told to tighten their purse strings.
To commemorate a highly successful sale period of their housing units at Natura Loft, the developer will celebrate with their customers and the public during the Grand Lucky Draw, which will take place at their showflat in Bishan Street 24 at 3pm on Saturday, 18 July.
Two lucky buyers will be driving away in either the Volkswagen Tiguan, a compact SUV and ideal choice for most families; or the New Beetle Cabriolet, a slinky convertible that is immediately associated with class and sophistication. Apart from a complimentary high tea buffet and free goodie bag, there are attractive games and prizes for all who attend.
Qingjian Realty hopes that in these times of economic gloom and not too positive outlook, they can help to bring some bit of happy news to stimulate the market and perhaps lift buyers’ spirits in the process.
